Effective immediately, our fleet of transport vans will no longer be known collectively as the Neuter Scooter. We recently received a cease-and-desist letter claiming trademark infringement on our part despite the fact we have used the name Neuter Scooter since 1999, before the trademark owner registered it. We had hoped the mutual desire to eliminate companion animal overpopulation would have allowed us to continue using the name Neuter Scooter, which has become synonymous with PFA in New Jersey, but alas, it was not meant to be.

We are excited to announce the new name for our fleet of transport vans: the SPAY SHUTTLE!
Don’t worry. The Spay Shuttle will continue to provide the high quality service our clients expect and our patients deserve.
