Surgical & Wellness Services Guide
Important Information
The following list details our general pricing and procedure policies.
We accept Cash and Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). Sorry, we DO NOT accept checks or American Express.
A 1-2 cm green line will be tattooed on dogs and cats spayed/neutered at our clinics.
Our organization’s mission is to reduce pet over-population through prevention (spay/neuter). We DO NOT support breeding your pets. Therefore, PFA imposes a $20.00 surcharge (per animal, per visit) for pets over 6months of age that are reproductively intact. This surcharge can be credited toward surgery, if you schedule your pet for spay/neuter at the time of your visit. We also impose a $200.00 breeder surcharge for intentionally bred litters of puppies or kittens presented for wellness services.
There will be a $20.00 office visit fee per animal, per visit. The fee for multiple animals brought in the same visit is: $20.00 for the first animal and $9.00 for each additional animal.
By appointment only, we provide compassionate euthanasia for medically suffering animals. Please call for more information and to schedule and appointment.
On the day of your appointment:
Dogs should arrive at 7:15 AM and be picked up at 3:30 PM. Dogs must be on a leash.
Cats should arrive at 8:15 AM and be picked up at 4:30 PM. Pet cats must be in individual plastic carriers. Please bring cats receiving an eartip in a humane trap.
We DO NOT keep pets overnight at our clinic.
You must have your appointment immediately rescheduled if any of the following pertains to your pet:
