Surgery Day Procedure

Owners must drop-off their pets at the times listed in the right-hand column.  We cannot admit pets dropped off after these times.  If your appointment confirmation email notes a different drop-off time, please ignore the time noted in that email.

  • Dogs must be on a leash.
  • Pet cats must be in individual plastic carriers.
  • Feral cats must be in a humane trap.

Pick-up will be on the same day as surgery, and confirmed on the morning on the appointment.  We do not keep pets overnight at our clinic!

You must reschedule your appointment if any of the following pertains to your pet:
  • Your pet ate anything after 4AM the morning of surgery.
  • Your pet is coughing, sneezing, vomiting or has diarrhea.

Please reschedule online using our standard appointment booking form.

If your pet is placed on medication (excluding heartworm preventative) for any reason prior to their surgery date, you must contact the office to inform us, so that we can determine if the chosen surgery date can resume as planned, or should be rescheduled.

Vaccine & Preventative Services (Walk-in)

Clients must reserve their place in line by using our virtual check-in page on the day of their planned visit.  Please expect increased wait-times based on the volume of check-ins.  It is highly recommended that clients check-in from home and wait for our staff to text you to come to the clinic.  Once you are contacted, please let us know how long your commute to the clinic will be. It is your responsibility to be present when your number is called.  Walk-in services will close once check-in capacity has been reached for the day.
