Please note that our practice is limited to the services listed. PFA recommends that you develop a relationship with a full-service veterinarian for your pet’s complete health care needs.

Our organization mission is to reduce pet over-population through prevention (spay/neuter). We do not support breeding your pets. Therefore, PFA imposes a $25.00 surcharge (per animal, per visit) for pets over 6 months of age that are re-productively intact. We also impose a $300.00 Breeder Surcharge for bred litters of puppies or kittens presenting for wellness services.
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2019, THERE WILL BE A $25.00 WELLNESS VISIT FEE PER ANIMAL PER VISIT AND A A $40.00 SICK VISIT FEE PER ANIMAL PER VISIT. THE FEE FOR MULTIPLE ANIMALS BROUGHT IN THE SAME VISIT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: $25.00 FOR THE FIRST ANIMAL $10.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ANIMAL.
